Notice of Filming & Media Policy

• Sanctuary Broadcast Disclosure: Services are recorded and broadcast publicly to reach shut-ins, traveling members, and online visitors. By entering the sanctuary during broadcast hours, attendees acknowledge that their likeness, voice, or participation in public areas (including congregational seating, altar calls, choir, and platform) may appear on the live stream and recorded media archives.
• Respect & Privacy: Cameras are primarily focused on the pulpit, choir, and platform. Operators make every reasonable effort to respect personal prayer moments and pastoral counseling.

Live Chat & Community Guidelines
To maintain an encouraging, Christ-centered environment, we ask all online viewers to observe the following:

• Edifying Interaction: Use the chat for prayer requests, scripture reflection, greeting fellow viewers, and amen/encouragement.
• Zero Tolerance for Disruption: Inappropriate language, commercial solicitation/spam, political campaigning, harassment, or antagonistic behavior will result in immediate message removal and user moderation/blocking.

Copyright & Media Usage

• Copyrighted Works: All music performed during the broadcast is licensed under CCLI Streaming License agreements.
• Archiving & Re-broadcasting: Stream recordings are retained for viewing on our official channels. Unauthorized downloading, altering, or re-publishing full services for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the church media ministry.

Livestream Start Time & Privacy Policy
To protect the privacy and security of our church family, Antioch Missionary Baptist Church begins its livestream broadcast immediately following the conclusion of our in-person announcements and congregational prayer requests.
This policy safeguards our fellowship in two key areas:

• Personal Privacy: Our prayer request time frequently involves sensitive personal matters—including health updates, family concerns, and other private needs shared in good faith within the physical gathering. We believe these personal requests should not be broadcast or placed into a permanent public digital record without informed consent.
• Church Security: Routine announcements occasionally involve operational details, travel itineraries, facility schedules, or events that could present potential security risks if broadcast openly on the internet.

Following prayer and announcements, the broadcast will go live for the congregational worship, special music, and the message. We appreciate your understanding and support as we prioritize the safety, privacy, and well-being of our congregation.
