Bert Harper pastored one of the largest churches in the state of Mississippi for over 30 years and serves on the Board of the American Family. The purpose of ETW is to faithfully teach the Word of God so that lost people are brought to a personal relationship with Christ and believers are strengthened in their growth and service. Alex and Bert prayerfully work to inform, inspire, motivate, and equip listeners in their knowledge of Scripture and the Biblical worldview. 

Chris Reynolds serves as the Lead Strategist for Pastor Wellness with the Georgia Baptist Mission Board, supporting pastors, ministry leaders, and their families across Georgia. With over 35 years in ministry—including 20 years serving Mt. Zion Baptist in Jonesboro—Chris and his wife, Gayle, have two children and four grandchildren.
